I'm not having any issues either.  I was going to suggest deleting the ap and 
reinstalling but that seems to have been done.

Indeed he has! He has tried four different sensors, there is nothing else wrong 
with the phone, Apple people went over it and it is all OK.
He tried reinstalling the app twice, talked to the Libre people at least five 
times, and not a single thing helps!

He is very sad to go back to the regular needles...I
