Hi, Actually, the account may not have been hacked although, it doesn't hurt to go in there, assuming you can still login, and change your password to a stronger one. What is actually going on is that someone copied info from your profile page, including your picture, and access to your friends list to then send out friend request from a phony account they made posing as you. The best thing to do, is to hide your friends list from everyone, including your friends and family. Unfortunately, this is the only way I have found to stop these sorts of things from happening.
