There's a search button near the top right-hand corner of the screen. Double-tap that, and an editfield will open. You can type in a video title, like "Gentle Workout Set" or you can search by a source, referred to as a channel, such as EyesFreeFitness. This is one of the channels I subscribe to; I'm just using it as an example.
