There was no announcement on this list because GoogleGroups banned the list without notice, so on about January 20th, messages to the list bounced back as undeliverable. Only by writing Cara Quinn, the list owner, or Mark Taylor, the moderator, did some of us find out what was going on. After Cara tried to get the list unbanned, did she end up creating the new list. We need to wait and hear from the list owner or moderator about what the heck is going on.
