BlindShell do some most basic phones as well as real-button feature phones. haven't got their url, but easy to search for.
Those are the ones I adopted. Not flip mind, candibar; but plenty good. Can't imagine a 3-button phone at all, Guess that is a U.s thing. She won't be texting, doesn't need a phone number or contact list, never will use the internet, etc. I mentioned the simple 3-button Jitter Bug phone to her and that might be her best solution, although she would like to not have a monthly plan.
