Hi Mohib Anwar Rafay, I hesitate to comment on these sort of questions since these recommendations are so subjective based on the user providing them. If physical size is your main consideration on choosing an iPhone, you won't find a current model smaller than the iPhone 13 Mini. It is actually a bit physically smaller than the iPhone 7, 8, and SE 2020. I've been very pleased with my iPhone 13 Mini since getting it in early October, 2021. I prefer a smaller device too since I carry my iPhone in my front jeans pocket when walking and it fits nicely for that purpose. I've had no technical performance issues with the 13 Mini which works very well with Voiceover and the apps I use.
