I am considering purchasing an apple watch.  I am very unfamiliar with them though as far as which watch has which features.  I looked at some of them on a google search but really can't tell which might fit my needs.  If anyone could help me understand the features I'd sure appreciate it.  My needs are below:

I want to be able to tell the time with out the watch speaking it in some situations.

I do not really think i need it to communicate via cell signals since I won't be using it for calls when I do not have my phone with me.  The times when I don't have my phone with me will be times when I do not want phone calls to come through.

I definitely want it to work with VoiceOver.

I want to be able to handle texts, emails, phone calls etc when I am also carrying my phone with me.

I hope this is sufficient details.

Thanks for any thoughts.
