Hello if the key pad is showing you would have to double tap hide keyboard at the bottom. Then you would go to the top and the hold button should be selected you would need to double tap it to get back to the caller on hold.
There might be other ways to do this but this is how I do it. This is usually located at the bottom of the screen. You may need to hide the keypad to find it. When you tap that button, you then can call your next party. When they answer, you will then have the option to merge calls.
