I’m on my second pair of Titaniums myself, and I use my Aftershokz every single day. As far as alternatives are concerned, it depends on why you go for the bone conduction head phones. If it includes being able to hear environmental sounds in addition to your head phones then things like the Bose Frames and the Apple Air Pods with their transparency mode would be options but they’re more expensive than the Aftershokz.
