You probably accidently moved the two apps on top of each other. I have had this happen when I put my phone away and didn't realize that it was still unlocked. It is very annoying. The only way I know to fix it is to move the apps back. There was an email thread last week with very detailed instructions on how to do this. however, I have never had any luck with it, instead, I always end up making things worse. I always have to wait until I can get a sighted person to rearrange the apps for me. I really wish that apple would make it harder to move apps like making you have to go to settings or something. because it is very annoying and inconvenient.
