GoodMaps Explore, which replaced Nearby Explorer has become focused on indoor navigation. GoodMaps Outdoor is the old Seeing Eye GPS rebranded and made free. Though, as others said, if you primarily want intersection announcements, SoundScape with bone conduction headphones is excellent.
