as soon as you first power on your new toy, (phone), it'll ask you that there's a phone from which data can be transferred. Follow the steps, and in no time at all, you'll have everything on the new IPhone! You'll be surprised that (at least in my case), you'll hardly need to log-in to apps, and your music will be on your new phone too! Good luck!
