Audio ducking is turned off and it is with a mix of stock tones as well as customized ones. My ringtones are loud without issue. But when I say notifications sounds can be problematic unless I’m using m Air Pods for me anyway, I mean text tones, email notifications, etc. That’s only with Voice Over running however I have noticed. When VO is turned off, all notifications sounds are amplified strangely.

But when not using my Air Pods with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, latest IOS update installed, notification sounds do seem a bit lower than what they should be, even with volume at 100%. I’ve just learned to compensate for it, but that’s just me.
