okay, so I downloaded the timeChime, but I can't get it to work because it is
not completely blind accessible. Does not seem to highlight my choices as in

Hi everyone. I had an iPhone app called Chime That would announce the
time on thI that would announce the time on the quarter hour. hour but it seems
to have been discontinued or changed becoming an unusable app with
advertisements etc. does anyone know of a way to get my iPhone to speak the
