This threw me off, too.
What is probably happening is that the product you want has a subscribe
and save option.
Once the product detail page loads, Amazon wants you to choose either
the subscribe and save option or the one time purchase option. As you
swipe right through the page, the single purchase option is first, and
the next swipe takes you to the subscribe and save option. Both of
these are check boxes. To uncheck the subscribe and save option, double
tap it, then swipe back to the single purchase option and double tap it.
Now you can swipe right and you should find the add to cart option.

I found some Keurig K cup pod cleaners and I can’t find where it says
add to cart the app used to be very easy to use and now it seems as
though it’s a pain. That’s the nice way of saying it. So any and
all help I can get will be greatly appreciated, as it would be nice
to be able to order something and not have to always call Amazon like
I did yesterday for them to help me place my order and today as well
and then somehow we got disconnected.
