So, I'll simply delete the app and stick with ABC Group Messenger which works fine. I do have a flexabyts account, so after signing in, Cardhop just synced everything I had in my contacts, including all of the groups I created in ABC Groups. So all of my groups preexisted before Cardhop. I have never created any groups using Cardhop. The only other thing I know that you can try is, Double tap on a name in your contacts in Cardhop. On that contact screen, see if you have a groups button. If you do, then you can select that to go to the groups screen and add a group. Hopefully this will help.
