I don't see carriers breaking up messages these days. I think that
applied back in the CDMA days. It could still be happening, but I don't
see it when I text people or receive texts from Android users. I haven't
seen broken up messages in years.

Because of the 140 character limits of text messages, I am wondering whether
all parts of a truncated message will be sent to the recipient or only the
first segment. I should probably mention that I am using IOS 15.4.
