Hi, I am a long time AT&T customer. When I receive a voicemail message, I receive an audio message & a transcribed message. Have you setup your voicemail mailbox? What happens if you tap on Greeting in the upper left, while in the phone app, within the voicemail tab? I have never had to have AT&T setup anything with voicemail on any of my phones or those of my family members.
