Hi, in addition to copying the iTunes folder from old to new, you should
deauthorize the old computer and then you won't lose one of your five
allowed counts. That way you can authorize the new computer without any
issues. Apple lets you reset your count only once per year, so why not
avoid that altogether and deauthorize the old when you will be getting a
new computer.

Sure.
Its just a case of copying and pasting your iTunes folder
onto your new computer.
