I do not know about having the Kindle app itself read out loud; but there are 
books that if they say Whisper sink ready; you can buy both the Kindle and 
Audible version and have the text shown while the audible recording is playing; 
but I've never heard of anyone trying that with a braille display.
I'd call Amazon disability customer service.
