HI. i am writing this for a friend. He is using the amazon shopping app on the iPhone. He uses amazon uk. Lately his basket and saved for later has been randomly deleting all his items. Is anyone else having this problem? does anyone know if there is something he can do in the app to prevent this? Can this happen accidentally while navigating the app? He has been using the app a long time with no problems until recently. any ideas?
