Hi Everyone,
When I seen I had an update to iOS 15.5 on my XR phone, I attempted to
download the update, and I got a message to use cellular data or cancel, but I
didn't get an option to use Wi-Fi. So, I went to settings, and I notice Wi-Fi
is not connected. I went in to the Wi-Fi settings and it says Wi-Fi turned on,
I then see a list of Wi-Fi networks. I lost my internet connection last week,
and ATT came to my house and said a wire was broke, and my Windows 11 Laptop
forgot my security code. Although, I think losing internet connection might
have had something to do with me moving my computer desk, meaning some wires
came out of where ever they were suppose to be connected. My computer is now
connected properly and working fine, but I wonder if this losing connection
from my PC, have anything to do with not being able to turn on the Wi-Fi on my
phone. Because in order to turn on the Wi-Fi on my phone, I need to pick a
network, and when I tried to pick a network, I get a message asking for my
password, I'm not sure which password this is asking for, I don't see my phone
carrier T-Mobile in the network settings either. I can use my phone just fine
and Siri though. So, my question is how can I turn on the Wi-Fi on my phone?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Janet
