In Settings, General, Accessibility, Voiceover is an item near the end called "Navigate Images". If you double tap on it you can select one of the following: Always With Description Never Does anybody have the correct explanation as to what exactly this does and what exactly "Always" does versus "With Descriptions". Please let's keep the list uncluttered, so don't speculate if you don't know 100% sure what exactly this is for.
