Hi Everyone, For those who tried to help, thank you very much. My Wi-Fi problem has been finally resolved! I called ATT, and they gave me the name of the network, as well as the password. I finally found the name of the network in the Bluetooth settings on my phone. Although, I thought Voiceover was reading add as to add a network, but it was AT&T so once I recognized the network name from what the AT&T rep gave me, I tapped on that and got a message telling me to enter the password, and that I did. I then entered the password, and finally Bluetooth is turned on my phone once again! Thank you again.
