Hello Chaim, If you have a Mac, you can share your photo library. Then all the photos on your phone will also be on your Mac.
If you use Windows, I think that if you connect your phone to your PC, a new drive will appear in Windows Explorer. This is your Photos folder, and you can copy the photos to your computer using Windows Explorer. At least, that used to be how it worked; I haven't tried it in a long time.
