Like others, I have successfully used GoodReads since 2016 and have had no issues. I have seen in the What's New section of app updates mention of accessibility or VoiceOver updates a few times, so that is good to see. I can't off hand think of a part of the app which is not accessible, but there are probably one or two places. Perhaps scanning in barcodes, but you could just as easily enter the information through cut and paste from a site like Amazon. To answer the specialized format issue, another option is to create a bookshelf labeled Braille, and store all of your Braille or audiobook titles there when you finish the book.
