Patti, I wouldn't mind walking through this privately if you wish to reach out. I can kind of guide you. The library tab is going to be your DVR. The home tab is going to have your recently watched shows. And the live tab is going to have what is currently playing and what is the upcoming show. On the live tab, don't click on the channel, click on the current show that is playing. That will start the playback. Once you're in there, you can hit the ad to the library button if you wanna record it. I use it on my computer and I also use it on my phone.
