Hi,list. 
I am still having problems. The first thing I am trying is to mae sure I have 
the proper level of service. I know I did and that should not have changed.  I 
attempted to call today and found I needed to update my account info.  
Apparently I had forgotten to do that last year when I dropped the land line 
and went cell only, so I probably didn’t change the email either when I dropped 
the Earthlink account in favor of my current gmail. 
When I tried updating info through the phone menu which I remember doing before 
for payment information, I was told customer care was closed, offered being 
sent a text link, or to call back monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm Eastern. 
Don’t know if I can chance that Monday due to the holiday here in America, 
though it is not in Canada where they have customers. 
I am not sure about user name and password; on one occasion I entered what I 
thought was the password I had on file at the web site and got an error 
message, so perhaps they may have to straighten that out once I get the account 
info updated. 
What a mess.
