Hello, My understanding is you cannot buy editional voices for the Blindshell phone. The Alex voice is only available and is proprietary to Apple Pfroducts, watchOS, iOS, tvOS, iPadOS and macOS. As the blindshell runs Android, you will never be able to run the Alex voice on it. My suggestion is to buy your friend an iPhone since they like the Alex voice so much. The iPhone SE third generation  is cheep and when paired with a Bluetooth Keyboard, makes for a more attractive phone for the money.
