I don’t believe you’re doing all the steps. Try this:
1. Place focus on the app to be deleted on your home screen and single finger triple tap. 2. A context menu will open and focus should be on Remove app and you should single finger double tap the screen. 3. Another screen will open with a heading of Remove and the app’s name. Single finger swipe right until you hear delete app and single finger double tap on the screen to delete it. 4. A confirmation screen will open and you must single finger swipe right to the Delete button and double tap to complete the process.
