Exactly yes I just leave the 2 phones side by side while the transfer is being done; of course after having put in his 6-digit code into the old phone (or is it the new one, but one of the phones gives you a 6-digit code you put into the other one), put your Apple ID password and other stuff it asks for in order to go forward with the phone to phone transfer.
