Oh Richard I’m so jealous of you and all of you who on later models. I have the iPhone 8 plus. I’ve had it since 2018 and the first time I had to have a replacement iPhone 8 Plus was this year in January. The reason was because the battery was significantly degraded like it does over time of use. since it was under warranty, they were able to find a replacement iPhone 8 Plus for me. It was what my father could afford. now that I know that the Lions vision resource network has grants every year, maybe next time, I can apply to get the later iPhone. I already applied to get a braille display.
