Right. If you purchased the version for one computer, it means one computer; not one user.
But, a call to Microsoft could give a solid answer, but I’m pretty sure that is correct. For $99 per year, you can have up to 6 computers now I think. It used to be 5, but I’m thinking they increased that one. So, perhaps you could talk with Microsoft about changing to that subscription so you could use it on both machines.
