I get about 2 days. But I’m not on my phone all the time. We have a land line, so I use that for calls when at home. I prefer to use my laptop for the Internet.
My iPhone is used for listening to an occasional podcast, reading an occasional book, checking weather, banking, occasionally reading a product label, etc. We haven’t traveled since getting this phone, so I don’t know how much the maps would drain the battery. Battery life is going to depend on how, and how much you use your phone.
