Hello Candy, 1, launch the phone app. 2, activate the favorites tap. 3, double tap the edit button at the top left of the screen. 4, at the rite hand side of each contact you will hear reorder followed by the contact name. Double tap this button and drag it up or down. You are going to hear above followed by the name of the contact or below followed by the name of the contact.
