Richard and All, I can’t find any setting in Outlook for iOS to make any changes. I can’t find any setting going through the setting’s app either. I did just notice when I open Outlook for iOS on my phone, it now says Outlook supreme. I’m thinking when I purchased MS 365 some months ago, that took the place of the Outlook for iOS on my phone, and because I have my Outlook accounts set as IMAP in which they will automatically sink to all my devices. Can anyone refresh my memory of how to find the auto setting on my PC in order to correct the problem on my iPhone? Thank you. I don’t recall where that is since it has been years since I got it turned off. Call Microsoft Accessibility 800-936-5900 and see if they can tell you.
