As far as I know, this feature is only available on iPhone and does not yet work on iPad. Plenty of Fish is another dating solution that is screen reader accessible and offers a web browser interface as well as iPad and iPhone apps. Keep in mind that any mainstream dating solution will be based on photos. So, even if virtually every aspect of the dating app / site is screen accessible, there will be a learning curve involved.
