Hello, I recently exchanged a number of messages with my brother who is an Android user.
No longer needing to retain the conversation I deleted it in the usual way. No matter what I do the most recent message I sent to him and the last in the conversation remains on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have turned messages off in iCloud but I cannot delete this particular message. I have turned the device on and off but when I try to delete the message it just will not go. Not an enormous problem but somewhat irritating. I can delete the message from my series 7 Apple Watch. I have no idea why this particular message cannot be removed from my iPhone it does not contain anything other than plain text.
