Chaim, Yes, the question was answered. Open the Amazon music app, close the app
sending it to the app switcher, open the app switcher, then open the Amazon
music app. You should now hear voiceover coming from the phone speaker instead
of the phone ear piece. Swipe to the more tab & tap to open, swipe to settings
& tap to open, swipe to hands free & tap to turn this off if it is on or turn
on if it is off. This setting depends on how you have the Hands Free setting in
the Amazon Alexa app set. If you have Hands Free on in the Alexa app, Hands
Free needs to be off in the Amazon music app. If Hands Free is off in the Alexa
app, it needs to be on in the Amazon music app. Hope this makes sense.
