The easiest is to go into settings, control center, and make sure Code Scanner 
is in the control center.
Then, when you need to access one of them, open control center and double tap 
on code scanner.
Or, you could go the long way and use the camera which is essentially the same 
thing, but code scanner just gets you there more quickly.
How accessible they are depends on whomever created the data and how they 
formatted it.
