Have you tried using the rotor to deploy to the “containers “focus? I know that has helped me with several other apps.
BTW: The two issues I brought up yesterday - unable to delete a contact and unable to switch between email accounts - apparently was solved, as suggested by Dedra, by rebooting my iPhone eight.
