You would want a blood pressure monitor that works with wi-fi or Bluetooth. I think most are wi-fi whose apps are accessible.
I cannot remember the brand I have and it is doable by a blind person, but tricky to set up. One that gets lots of positive reviews used to be called the Wythins or something like that. I am sure someone will reply with more useful info, but there are ones out that are workable. Plan to spend probably close to $100.
