a scenario where you do get it so I can reproduce it.

I wonder if you have a setting that is allowing you to avoid those
messages.
I don’t get enough text messages to be bothered by the extra step, but
the pasting one is a real PITA.
That, or since Apple isn’t seeing it internally, you are just one of
the lucky ones.

Interestingly enough I deleted several text messages which had just
phone numbers, i.e. they were not in my contacts, and I never received
the prompt to report them as junk and so far I have not seen the paste
permission message even though I pasted bits of text into a Facebook
post and text message earlier this morning.

And why you are writing Apple about the annoying copy & paste message,
Please include the annoying Report as Junk iMessage prompt that pops
up when a contact is not in a person's contact list. There are just
some phone numbers that I choose not to save or that come from
multiple different numbers but the same business.

I have not found one yet and I’m finding this quite irritating as
I do a fair amount of pasting…
I will write Apple Accessibility, and I suggest anyone else do the

Since I have upgraded to iOS16, Voiceover asks for my permission
for pasting text in an edit field whenever I paste text. Is there
a settings anywhere that I can check/uncheck in order to prevent this?
