Nope, doesn't work for me, using an iPhone 11. I have always had my notifications set to list & switching the notification view to stack gets me the same results, not able to open a notification. I am able to open ONLY ONE notification if I have powered off my phone & immediately go to notification center after the phone is powered on. Using the tap & hold, then swiping to Preview & tapping to open a notification does nothing.
