I think you should look at the Honeywell T9 or T10 or maybe they have an even newer one, these work with what used to be called the Honeywell Home app and this is now called Resideo which is I believe a company they bought. The app is the same, it was just a name change a few weeks ago, but it's quite accessible and whenever I see advertising for Honeywell thermostats it is always about them and this app and not the Total Comfort Control which I think is older. But you can maybe just Google "Honeywell Total Comfort Control vs Resideo" and see what you find.
