I find the app very accessible.
And, they are willing to help where they can over the phone, which is a bit limited, but we’ve had a savings account with them for over 2 years and while their interest rates go up and down with the market, they have always paid more than the traditional banks like Bank of America. Right now, savings is at 2%... We have a minimal checking account because we already have a good deal elsewhere for free checks and all that good stuff, but the app covers both and gives you access to your credit score if that matters. It was suggested that I set up a Capital One 360 Savings account. I’ve poked around the app without actually creating an account yet, and it seems pretty straightforward and accessible. I know I can set up an account for free, but before I go down that path, I’d like to know if anyone else has used the Capital One app and whether it’s all accessible or not.
