You can still add to messages using Siri.
When it asks if you are ready to send it, just say "add to it." Then it asks,
what do you want to add, say your addition, and then say send it when it asks,
or say add to it again.
My test just now, it read back the whole message with the addition before
asking me if it should send it.

Subject: Really miss the add featureto dictated messages

Does it bother anybody else that dictates text messages that you can no longer
add to a message but that you can only change it? I know sometimes anything you
add might delete what was in the edit field before if you’re not in the message
app. But often it works. I really miss the ad feature as opposed to having to
change the whole message again. Sort of forces me to go into the message app
and use that since that never causes any problems. but I like to do things as
quickly as possible. The updates makes many things more arduous. There’s
more layering. And I can’t stand it. Does anybody else feel this way?
