Security conscious apps would mostly not let you change your Face ID settings 
once you’re logged in . If the app does support the face ID, The best approach 
would be to delete the app and reinstall. When you login for the first time 
after reinstalling the app, you would typically be asked if you want to use the 
face ID for logging in. You may have to find that  option on the screen and 
also have  to ensure to check The box that allows your app  to save your user 
ID. Cannot guarantee it will work but  Worth the effort
