There is a slider switch on the right side, if it's towards the back of the keyboard it is on. The easy switch keys are F1, F2 and F3 and you have to press and hold them for I think 5 seconds or a bit longer to start pairing mode. Once you press and hold them for 5 or 6 or maybe 8 seconds just check in Settings > Bluetooth on your ipHone and see if it is listed at the bottom of y our devices.
