My Apple Watch is running OS 9. Prior to this update, I had it set to give time by vibrations rather than through VoiceOver spech. Now, however, If I doule-tap the screen, I get spoken time instead of taptic time. I checked settings, and taptic time is turned on. I'd appreciate any advice. I will email Apple Accessibility later today.
